4 sessions workshop
4 gentle steps to learn to massage your baby
Baby massage workshops are offered as a cycle of 4 sessions, each one focusing on a specific area of your baby’s body.
Spaced one week apart, these sessions give you time to practise the strokes at your own pace at home before discovering a new area in the next class.
Each session is also an opportunity to explore a particular theme related to your baby’s daily life.
Because in your hands and in your arms, your baby discovers the world… and their place in it.
4 gentle steps to explore and practice at home between the sessions
Legs and feet
An initiating session to gently discover the art of massaging your baby.
We will talk about the ideal conditions to massage your baby and the oils to use.
During this workshop, we will take the time to talk about the intense needs of your baby and observe the number of competences while evoking their importance in your baby’s development.
Finally, we will discover few notions of reflexology.
Tummy and Thorax
A session dedicated to the belly and the thorax of your baby, followed by a recall of the movements of the legs.
We will talk about the bowel, and the digestive troubles that can appear the first few months of their life.
Finally, we will discover tips to sooth them, between massaging and close contact carrying.
Arms and Hands
A session dedicated to the arms of your baby.
We will take the time to remember the movements learned through the first two workshop.
In the end we will focus on the psychomotor of your baby, while abording the free motricity and the ways to support your baby in this journey of discovery.
Back and Face
This last session will allow you to massage the back of your baby.
In discovering massaging your baby’s face, we will also focus on how to sooth teeth pain and ease the nose care.
We will also take the time to talk about themes such as the cries of your baby and emotional security.
At the end of the cycle, you will receive a printable guide to help you keep massaging your baby confidently at home.

Live on Zoom.
